This beautiful modern three bedroom / two bathroom apartment is in a great south facing position above the village with fantastic views across the mountains. It is within a short walking distance of the main apres ski bars like the Mooserwirt & Krazy Kangeroo. It is also possible to ski to the back of the area where the apartment is situated (from where you walk 30 metres to the apartment door). You have a ski & boot store and and underground car parking space is also available. There is unlimited hi speed wireless internet included.

Lounge & dining area

The lounge has a flat screen TV and dvd player - there are dvd's in the apartment (suitable for kids and adults) but you can of course bring your own. There is a leather corner sofa with plenty of room for guests to chill out on if you choose to spend the evening relaxing at the apartment. There is a large window with a view of the snow covered mountains. There is also a dining table that will seat six people. The local cable TV is connected which shows 50 international channels including Sky Sports 1 & 2, MTV, BBC1 & 2, an English film channel and the local ski & weather info service.

Bedrooms

All of the three bedrooms in this apartment are very spacious, good sized rooms with large wardrobes as well as drawer and storage units. All of the bedrooms have great views from the windows to the snow covered mountains. The large beds in two of the rooms are what are known as "Austrian Twins" they have two wide single mattresses and individual quilts. This allows you the best flexibility of sleeping arrangements. One room has normal twin beds.

Bathrooms

The apartment has two modern bathrooms fitted with excellent showers, wash basins, toilet and underfloor heating. There is one bathroom on each floor of the apartment. We also supply very high quality bath sheets, hand towels and a hair dryer for your use.

Cooking facilities

The fully equipped kitchen has all that you require to cook meals each evening including a four ring hob, dishwasher, microwave with grill, slow cooker, toaster, egg steamer, kettle, fridge and coffee maker as well as being fully equipped with all the cutlery and utensils that you require.

Location

This apartment is in one of the nicest areas in the village, many local families live here (including myself) and whilst it is not right next to the ski lifts it is right next to the stop for the FREE ski bus service that will have you by the lifts to all of the ski areas in 1 to 2 minutes. So it is actually quicker to get to the lifts than walking up from the Dorfstrasse in the village center and much quicker than Nasserein & St Jakob areas. Other Info

The apartment has a ski and boot storage locker and also has the use of a washing machine and dryer. Covered car parking is available right next to the apartment. There are some very nice restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets within a short walk of the apartment - These include a very good pasta / pizza restaurant & also a fondue restaurant.
